Every stage of your logistics, under one operator.

Ten services that each stand on their own, and connect when you want them to.

Most providers sell one link and hand you off at both ends.

Quickmove runs the chain, which means you can buy a single service today and add the stage next to it when it starts costing you time.

Each service's full details cover what it includes, what sets its price, and the questions we will ask when you enquire.

Racked pallet storage inside a Singapore warehouse

What an outsourced operation can include

  • Inbound receiving and container devanning
  • Storage, racking and inventory control
  • Pick, pack, labelling and dispatch
  • Scheduled B2B distribution and store replenishment
  • B2C last-mile delivery and returns
  • Dedicated vehicles and drivers on your routes
  • Warehouse and loading crew, on your site or ours
  • Reporting on stock, orders and delivery performance
Combination one

The full operation

Everything from stock arriving to the customer signing for it, run by one operator on one account.

  • Manpower
  • Transportation
  • Last-mile delivery
Combination two

Import to distribution

Built for importers and distributors moving containers into a Singapore customer base.

  • Container unloading
  • Warehousing
  • Fulfilment
  • Distribution

Most businesses do not set out to run a logistics department. It accumulates. A warehouse lease here, a fulfilment vendor there, a transport subcontractor for the bulky items, an agent for the containers. Each one works. Together they produce four invoices, four contacts, and a gap at every handover where accountability goes missing.

Quickmove takes over as much of that chain as you want to hand across. Because the same operator receives the container, stores the stock, picks the order and puts it on the van, nothing has to be re-explained at a boundary, and there is one number to call when a customer is asking where their delivery is.

Common questions

Do we have to outsource everything at once?
No. Most businesses start with the stage that hurts most, usually storage or fulfilment, and add the next one when it is working. Taking one service is a normal way to begin, not a smaller version of the deal.
Can Quickmove work alongside our existing warehouse?
Yes. Overflow storage, seasonal peaks and a second location for redundancy are all common reasons to bring us in without moving your whole operation.
How is an outsourced operation priced?
Each component is priced on its own basis: storage per square metre per month, fulfilment per parcel, container handling per container, transport on route and frequency. You see the parts rather than one opaque monthly figure.
What size of business does this suit?
The model scales. An SME that does not want to run a warehouse and a distributor moving containers every week use the same chain, at different volumes and with different levels of dedication.

E-commerce and business fulfilment in Singapore

Your stock, our warehouse. Orders picked, packed and out the same day.

From S$1.00per parcel

Orders being picked and packed at a fulfilment bench

What fulfilment covers

  • Goods receiving and inbound checks
  • Inventory storage and stock management
  • Pick and pack
  • Packing, labelling and repacking
  • Sorting and palletising
  • Order fulfilment, B2B and B2C
  • Returns handling and reverse logistics
  • Last-mile coordination and dispatch

Fulfilment is the part of an e-commerce business that stops being fun at about two hundred orders a month. Packing at home works until it does not, and the failure is not dramatic: it is a slow leak of evenings, mis-picks and late dispatches that customers quietly notice.

Quickmove receives your stock, stores it under location control, and picks and packs each order to your specification. Because the same building also runs container unloading and delivery, stock can arrive from a container and leave as a customer parcel without a third party in between.

Common questions

What does S$1.00 per parcel include?
It is the starting rate for a standard single-item pick, pack and dispatch. Multi-item orders, oversized products, custom packaging, inserts and special labelling are quoted on top, which is why we ask about SKU count and parcel profile before quoting.
Do you handle returns?
Yes. Returns are received, inspected against your rules, and either put back into sellable stock or held aside for you to decide on.
Can you fulfil B2B orders as well as e-commerce?
Yes. Carton and pallet orders to retailers and distributors run through the same operation as single-parcel consumer orders.
Is storage charged separately from fulfilment?
Yes. Storage is charged on space at S$30-S$35 per square metre per month, and fulfilment is charged per parcel. Keeping them separate means a slow-moving SKU does not quietly inflate your per-order cost.
How quickly do orders go out?
Orders received before the daily cut-off are picked and dispatched the same working day. The cut-off is set with you, and depends on your carrier and delivery mix.

  • E-commerce inventory
  • Commercial goods
  • Importers and distributors
  • Pallet storage
  • Carton storage
  • Bulk inventory
  • Short-term storage
  • Long-term storage

Warehouse space is easy to buy badly. A twelve-month lease on a unit sized for your December peak is dead money in February, and a self-storage unit that nobody works in means you are still the one driving down to pick orders.

Quickmove charges for the space you actually occupy, month by month, in a warehouse that is already staffed. That matters more than the rate: stock in a working warehouse can be counted, picked, packed and put on a vehicle without you being there.

Common questions

How is storage measured?
By the floor area your goods occupy, in square metres, charged monthly at S$30-S$35 per square metre. Larger requirements and long-term contracts are quoted separately.
Is there a minimum term?
Storage runs monthly. Long-term contracts are available and are priced better, but a short seasonal overflow is a normal request rather than a problem.
Can you receive stock directly from a container?
Yes. We unload the container, sort and palletise the cargo and put it straight into storage, so the goods are handled once instead of moved between two vendors.
Can we add fulfilment later?
Yes, and most customers do. Stock already under location control in our warehouse can start being picked and packed without moving anywhere.

A container is a deadline. Demurrage and detention start running the moment it lands, so unstuffing is one of the few logistics jobs where being slow costs money by the hour rather than by the month.

Quickmove sends a crew sized for the cargo, unloads the container, counts and sorts what came out, and palletises it. From there the same operator can put it into storage, break it down for fulfilment, or load it onto a vehicle. Nothing waits at a handover for another vendor to schedule.

Common questions

Why is the range S$350 to S$600 and above?
Because a palletised 20ft container of light cartons and a hand-stacked 40ft container of heavy loose goods are different jobs. Size, weight, cargo type, palletisation, and the crew and equipment needed set the final figure.
Do you handle 20ft and 40ft containers?
Both. Tell us the size, the cargo, and whether it is palletised or loose, and we can quote quickly.
Can you store the cargo after unloading?
Yes. Cargo can go straight into our warehouse at S$30-S$35 per square metre per month, or be delivered onward the same day.
Do you load containers for export as well?
Yes. Stuffing is the same operation in reverse, including staging, load planning and securing the cargo.
How much notice do you need?
Give us the container size, cargo type and required date when you enquire. Booking crew and equipment against a confirmed date is what protects you from demurrage.

Transport is where a logistics plan meets traffic. The question is rarely whether a vehicle exists. It is whether the right size of vehicle turns up at the right dock at the right hour, with someone who knows the site.

Quickmove runs three distinct movements, and most customers use more than one: collection from suppliers, transfer between warehouses and hubs, and distribution to the end customer. Where the pattern is regular enough, a dedicated vehicle and driver on your account removes the daily booking entirely.

Common questions

How is transport quoted?
On collection point, delivery locations, number of drops, frequency, vehicle size and cargo type. A single ad-hoc movement and a five-day-a-week dedicated route are priced differently, so we ask for the pattern rather than a single job.
What vehicle sizes are available?
Vans, and 10ft, 14ft and 24ft lorries, drawn from our own fleet and partner network. Availability by date is confirmed when we quote.
Can we have the same driver every day?
That is what a dedicated arrangement is for. A driver who already knows your sites, your docks and your paperwork is the practical difference between a route that runs and one that gets re-explained daily.
Do you deliver to retail stores?
Yes. Store replenishment and scheduled retail distribution are standard, including sites with delivery windows and goods-in booking systems.

Furniture delivery, assembly and installation

Furniture is where most delivery chains break. It is heavy, it damages easily, it needs two people and a lift booking, and it usually has to be built once it is through the door. Quickmove delivers, unpacks, assembles and installs, then takes the packaging away. For an importer that means the same operator can take a container off the port and finish the job in the customer’s living room.

ContainerWarehouseBooked slotDeliveryAssemblyDebris removed

Last mile is the only part of your logistics the customer sees. Everything upstream can run perfectly and the delivery is still what gets reviewed.

Quickmove delivers parcels, pallets and bulky goods across Singapore, on scheduled runs and on booked delivery windows. Where the item needs two people, a lift booking, unpacking or assembly at the address, that is a normal job here rather than an exception a parcel network refuses.

Common questions

Do you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes. B2C home delivery with booked windows is a core part of the service, including HDB and condominium addresses that need lift access arranged.
Can you handle items that need two people?
Yes. Two-person crews are standard for bulky, heavy and awkward items, not a surcharge we try to talk you out of.
Do you assemble furniture on delivery?
Yes. Delivery, unpacking, assembly, installation and removal of packaging can all be part of the same visit.
How is last mile priced?
On drop volume, delivery window, item size, and whether the job needs two crew or an install. Regular volume is quoted as a route rather than as individual drops.

  • F&B operators

  • Restaurants
  • Grocery and retail
  • Frozen products
  • Chilled products
  • Distributors
  • Catering companies

Cold chain has one failure mode and it is expensive. Product that spent an hour on a hot loading bay looks exactly like product that did not, right up until it reaches a customer or an inspection.

Quickmove handles temperature-controlled movements for food and grocery businesses across Singapore. We scope every cold chain job against the specific temperature requirement, route and delivery window before accepting it, because the alternative is quoting on a capability and discovering the gap with your stock already in the vehicle.

Common questions

What temperature ranges do you handle?
We confirm the exact range against your product and route when you enquire, rather than publishing a figure here. Tell us chilled or frozen, the target temperature and the delivery window, and we will tell you plainly whether we can hold it.
Do you handle both chilled and frozen?
Both are within scope. The requirement, volume and route decide how a specific job is run, which is why we scope before quoting.
Can cold chain be combined with our other logistics?
Yes. Ambient and temperature-controlled lines can run under the same account, which is common for grocery and F&B distributors carrying both.
How is cold chain priced?
On temperature requirement, volume, route and delivery window. It is always a custom quote.

Buying a vehicle for a peak you hit twice a year is an expensive way to solve a scheduling problem. So is turning down the work because the fleet is fully committed on the day.

Quickmove rents commercial vehicles from our own fleet and partner network, on arrangements from a single day up to a long-term corporate contract. We confirm availability against your dates before we commit to them, which is why the categories below carry capacity and use instead of a price.

Common questions

Why is there no rental price list?
Because rates move with vehicle availability and rental period, and a published number that is out of date is worse than no number. Tell us the vehicle and the dates, and we will quote the current rate.
Can we rent with a driver?
Yes, through our driver and logistics manpower service. Renting the vehicle and the driver together is a common arrangement for businesses covering a leave gap or a seasonal peak.
Do you do long-term corporate fleet arrangements?
Yes. Multi-vehicle, long-term arrangements are quoted as a fleet rather than as a set of individual rentals.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can confirm the dates. Availability is the constraint, not the paperwork.

Logistics work does not arrive evenly. A peak season, a leave gap, a contract that starts before you have hired for it, a container that needs eight pairs of hands on Thursday and none on Friday.

Quickmove supplies the roles below on short-term, project and contract arrangements. We scope every request against what we can actually staff and are permitted to provide before confirming it, rather than accepting a booking and finding out afterwards.

Common questions

Can we get manpower for a single day?
Yes. Short-term cover, including single-day container crews, is a normal request.
Can crew work at our site rather than yours?
Yes. Warehouse and loading crew can be deployed to your premises, or work on ours if the job is a devanning or fulfilment run.
Do drivers come with a vehicle?
They can. Pairing manpower with our commercial vehicle rental is the usual arrangement when you need the whole capability rather than just the person.
How is manpower priced?
On role, shift pattern, duration and site. Longer and more regular arrangements are priced better than one-off cover.

Convenient fleet arrangement

Consolidated billing

One bill for the fleet, instead of reconciling receipts per driver.

Built for multi-vehicle operations

The more vehicles on the account, the more the arrangement is worth.

For a fleet, diesel is admin. Every vehicle generates receipts, every receipt has to be reconciled, and the pump price a small operator pays is the one nobody negotiated.

Quickmove arranges commercial diesel for fleet operators on corporate rates with consolidated billing. It suits businesses running several vehicles, where the saving comes as much from the removed admin as from the rate itself.

Common questions

Why do you not publish a diesel price?
Fuel prices move constantly. Any number published here would be wrong within days, so we quote the current corporate rate when you ask.
How many vehicles do we need?
It is built for multi-vehicle operations, where consolidated billing and a commercial rate are worth the setup. Tell us your fleet size and we will tell you plainly whether it is worth doing.
How does billing work?
Consolidated across the vehicles on your account, rather than receipt by receipt.
Do we need to use Quickmove for logistics as well?
No. Fleet diesel is available on its own, and plenty of operators use it without taking any other service.
